As senior vice president and chief services officer, Mike Wallesen is responsible for all Datatel+SGHE services and support. Mr. Wallesen’s teams provide services to maximize operational efficiencies, enhance communication and collaboration, and facilitate learning at colleges and universities around the world.
As senior vice president of North America customer relationships for Datatel+SGHE, Bruce Bleiman leads our North America team focused on developing and managing successful relationships with new and existing customers. The team works closely with customers to identify their needs, determine the solutions that help them meet their goals, and supports them as a partner.
Jorge Green is responsible for Datatel+SGHE’s growing operations in the Latin America & Caribbean region. In this capacity, he leads customer relationship and services delivery teams to support customer success in this important region.
Jack Kramer is senior vice president, customer perspective, and is responsible for making sure Datatel+SGHE’s customers experience the highest levels of satisfaction with the products and services we deliver and for identifying and implementing improvements that will bring additional value to our customers.
As Datatel+SGHE’s senior vice president of human resources and administration, Barbara Polk implements and monitors human resources programs and policies to ensure that they align with the company’s strategic objectives and establish positive employee-employer relationships. She also oversees employee relations, internal communications, corporate learning, recruiting, compensation, benefits, administrative services, facilities, and corporate programs.
